2️⃣Phase 2: Liquid Restaking (Not Started)

In Phase 2, we will be introducing the first-of-its-kind liquid restaking on Injective.

Liquid restaking is the process of depositing liquid staking tokens (LSTs) into Ninja Garden smart contracts.

Ninja Garden will be introducing Liquid Restaking, a new primitive in cryptoeconomic liquidity. Similar to Eigenlayer on Ethereum, this primitive enables the unification of liquidity of liquid staking tokens on INJ network to efficiently reduce trade slippage.

Swapping with minimal trade slippage is essential in user retention in a new economy and all builders building new protocols suffer from a fragmentation of liquidity as there is no unified pool of liquidity resulting in poor slippage rates when users swap on their platforms. Ninja Garden provides a common pool of liquidity for all users, and users can opt-in to Ninja Garden smart contracts to restake their INJ or LSTs to extend liquidity on the network to earn additional rewards.

At launch, the following LST tokens will be supported:

• dINJ ( Dojoswap)

• hINJ (Hydro Protocol)

• gINJ (Gryph)
