Why Liquid Restake?

Traditional staking reduces liquidity of users' funds since it requires the lockup of tokens. Liquid staking provides all of the benefits of traditional staking services while unlocking the value of staked assets for use as collateral across the DeFi ecosystem. Liquid staking tokens (LST) unlock liquidity, allowing users to hold and trade tokens of the same inherent value as the staked tokens in other protocols, thereby increasing yield and also liquidity.

Protocols with smart contracts catered to these liquid staking tokens must be built so that users will be able to stake these liquid staking tokens to fully maximize yields. Ninja Garden is proud to be building such a platform in the form of a restaking protocol. Restaking enables LST such as dINJ, hINJ and gINJ to be used as cryptoeconomic collateral in exchange for protocol fees and rewards.

Given that many Injective users have staked their INJ tokens in validators and are holding LST at the moment, Ninja Garden offers users the opportunity to increase yields with minimal risk.
